Schwere Reiter Strasse 39 is a Neo Baroque building dating back to 1902. Once the former barracks of the Prinz-Leopold-Kaserne (Bavarian Army), the three-storey building with gorgeous mansard roofs has beautiful plaster detailing by Georg Zeiser.
